The Hearthstone Health Center, both for short-term or long-term care and other medical needs, provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Here, residents can recuperate from illness or surgery, or receive services such as physical, occupational and speech therapies from one of the most skilled teams in the Greater Seattle, WA area, right on-site. The Health Center has earned a 5-Star Medicare rating.

Our Health Center is a 44-bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Unit which features private and semi-private rooms and a beautifully refurbished dining area.

• Oxygen management
• IV/Central lines
• Nutrition management
• CPAP/BIPAP

If their health care needs change, our residents have the comfort of knowing that they have priority access to the Health Care Center for long-term care needs.

Other Health Center services provide for more serious health conditions, including hospice care and twenty-four hour nursing care.

The Health Center accepts short-term care residents through direct admittance and offers evening and weekend direct admissions, 24/7.
